“Rude and stingy staff, and unfortunately, the stay was far from what we expected—especially considering how expensive it was. My mom needed water to take her medication, but staff refused to provide any because they said complimentary water was only provided on the first day. We were told she would have to buy it herself. I also asked for towels before the pool opened so we could take them to the beach, but was refused because the towels could not leave the resort. To make matters worse,……

“We arrived very late after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, when we went to bed there were blood stains on the sheets. We tried calling reception but it was difficult to understand and the line cut off. We ended up sleeping on one half of the bed. Since we only stayed for one night and left at 5:30 am, we didn’t get to speak with reception. Unfortunately their customer service team wasn’t interested in resolving the issue.”
