A lovely hotel with 5 meter high ceilings. Definitely worth the price. Very elegant touch and artsy. Would gladly go back again. Highly recommended.

Hotel offered a nice benefit of free airport pickup if staying 3+ nights. Easy to get around from the hotel area, plenty of restaurants. However, upon retrospect, the Old Town area would have been nicer for tourism. Most staff were very helpful and friendly, but the one who checked us in did not say a word, so I did not know about some of the features of the hotel, such as the possibility to get their help arranging tours. Room was large, but bed was too hard and not comfortable.

The stay itself was ok, but the problems started later. The hotel double charged me for my stay. I fully paid at the reception when checking in using their QR code system. However, 10 days later, they charged my credit card again for the full amount of the reservation. I tried to contact the hotel via the phone number provided. They never pick up the phone even though I was calling them around 10 times over the course of a few days. I contacted Expedia customer service, but they were unable to contact the hotel either suggesting to dispute the transaction with my bank. Be aware that if something goes wrong, reaching the hotel after your stay will be impossible.

Liar workers, ruined and idrty building

It is not as same as in the picture, building is very old and rusty. There were ruins in the coridor and stairs. Elevator was old and now working when i arrived there. There is no direction in the coridor to find it. Floor is very old and made by wooden therefore when someone walks you directly here. It was very noisy and i could not even sleep when i arrived there it was almost 4 pm in the morning. Room was full of smell with mold, there was not any fresh air in the room. Towel, sheet and carpet was dirty. Breakfast was very poor, when i would like to chechk out early and reimburse my payment they said ok but then hotels.com contacted with them, they said no they did not accept me to leave. Can you imagine i stayed only few hours and i said no i do not want to stay any more !!! My original stay was 3 nights but i stayed only 5 hours in the room, after breakfast i had a meeting and came back then checked out in the afternoon. Poor service, poor english, dirty atmosphere! I will no more stay in this hotel, it was my first time and i would like to stay at the centre of Tbilisi so i choosed Rustaveli street. Next time there is no way to stay in this ruined building. They were even liar to pay my unstayed night!

Sevimli ve özlenesi bir otel

Girişi korkutucu olsa da konsepti ve odamı çok sevdim , çalışanlar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve güler yüzlülerdi, konum olarak çok merkezi, oda temizdi,rahatsız edici şeylerden ; çok gürültülü olmasıydı, araba sesi ve gün içi elektrikli süpürge sesi uyumamama bazen izin vermedi, girişi ve asansörü de çok ürperticiydi tek gittiğim için biraz tedirgin oluyordum giriş çıkışlarda Genel olarak ama çok özleyeceğim bir otel olacak.

Sympathisches Hotel, aber mühsam

Lage gut, zwischen zwei U-Bahn-Stationen. Personal, abgesehen von einer Ausnahme, nicht gerade freundlich, eher desinteressiert, nicht englisch-sprechend. Hotel eigentlich recht sympathisch, doch auch ziemlich mühsam, ich z.B. musste bei jedem Zimmereintritt mindestens zehnmal den Zimmerbadge gebrauchen. Geheizt wurde von sechs Nächten nur ein einziges Mal. Schlechte Isolierung - kann also relativ kalt werden. Verlangen Barzahlung, keine Homepage, vorgängige Kontaktaufnahme für Ausländer nicht möglich. Ausserdem hat der versprochene Transfer vom Flughafen nicht geklappt, kein Wunder, konnte ja auch kein Kontakt aufnehmen.

Great holiday

When we were looking to book a hotel ,rustaveli hotel was one of more expensive hotels in website with beautiful photos and grate location but at the start, we stocked in very old and dangerous elevator. inside hotel was dirty and people been working and repairing inside the hotel . Smell of painting was so strong, Photos we saw in booking page were completely different with the room we got . I really love hotel's breakfast but we preferred buy our breakfast outside because of very poor service .there was not even enough shampoo, soup and towels. The room haven't been cleaned in second day and when we asked they did it for next few days. Staffs been very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in grate location and close to town centre and many places people wish to visit but we don't recommend it at all.We have to say Georgian people are very very friendly and we really enjoyed it and definitely come back again.

Classic Charm

Extremely nice and helpful staff. That is why we returned. We had a balcony on the street, but found the traffic a bit noisy. We asked to shift to a side balcony, and slept fine, so that is what we would recommend. The breakfast worked very well for us.

Definitely better than expected. I had a seating area with a couch and two lounge chairs in the room next to the bedroom. AC and wifi worked well, customer service was AMAZING. Very focused and attentive. Location was great, right on rustaveli street (less than a 10 min wall to liberty square). Would recommend!

Gem of Tbilisi

Jag bokade ett rum för fyra vuxna personer på två nätter (24/9-26-9) och fick ett rum för tre personer. Vi kom till hotellet kl.02 på natten (25/9). I rummet var en dubbelt säng och en bäddsoffa för en person med en kudde (bara tre handdukar var i rummet). En person av min familj var tvungen att boka ett annat hotell och lämnade oss kl.08 på morgonen. När vi checkade ut (26/9) frågade jag kan jag betala 25 dollars för att stanna kvar på hotellet till kvällen ( jag kollade på hotells.com sidan att det finns lediga rum). På receptionen svarade att jag behöver betala 50 dollars kontant ( därför att terminal fungerar inte). Jag kände mig lurad och ville inte betala 50 dollars och stanna på hotellet.

The hotel location and staff are excellent

It was very nice and pleasant experience despite the fact that the hotel is in the old building, still going through the reconstruction and refurbishment. The building includes also many private apartments, not related to the hotel. However, the hotel has a separate entrance. The rooms, including bathroom, are clean, with well-working airconditioning and wifi. The breakfast is relatively simple but good and very fresh (!). The hotel staff is just fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

Very good central position.

Just one nihgt here. Good central position on the mainstreet. The room towards the backyard was very quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast, but the breakfast restaurant is very small. Friendly staff. Unfortunally we cannot give points for the very poor internet. It did not work in the room, only in the hallway, quite weak.

המלון בן 15 חדרים ברחוב הראשי של טביליסי בין 2 הקניונים של העיר. חדרים נוחים ונקיים.ארוחת הבוקר מספקת . אבל העיקר פה הוא השירות אספרסו יוכן ללא תשלום בכל עת. פירות יין ועוגיות חופשי. וההרגשה של בית. אין דברים כאלה.
