My room was very small and basic (no TV, refridgerator or safety deposit box) and getting enough soap for a shower and even to wash my hands was a Challenge, and the breakfast was also very basic. The staff was nice and friendly though, and the rates are very low, so if you are on a very tight budget, the Mariam R can be a good choice. The breakfast was bad, I didn’t have any for the rest of the stay after I saw it the first time. The place is very old, and the furniture is not convenient. No phone with reception, no TV. Cleaning is good, but once they left the used towels to dry out on their own although I requested new ones. Staff are very nice, the neighborhood isn’t.
