"Unfortunately, this was an awful stay. First off, the room key was not programmed after I had gone up 6 floors with lots of luggage. I had to go back to reception for a new key!
Then at 3:00 am, a water pipe burst in the ceiling, flooding my room.
The hotel made me get dressed, pack my bags in the water and move two floors upstairs.
I inquired at front desk in the morning about compensation for this problem and they refused any help.
I only received one night of rest for the money that I paid for two nights. It was impossible to go back to sleep after moving.
I contacted Expedia for help, but they claim that they cannot reach hotel. Come on! How can you represent a hotel that you cannot reach? I read this is an excuse that Expedia often uses to not help the customer.
This is awful service for this hotel and Expedia. The hotel could have offered a one night refund or a breakfast buffet or something. Never again!"
