"Location was great - easy access to the main activities. I spotted a Fuego eruption from right outside my room near the rooftop sitting area! The hotel had a unique charm - pool was gorgeously warm - felt like a spa! Room was huge, with a cute fireplace and balcony. "Beautiful property, all rooms have amazing lake views. The people are so genuinely friendly and the service is excellent. The only thing is that next time I'll make sure I don't book Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as options are limited in the area. I'll visit Jenna's Bed and Breakfast before or after. So grateful to the staff for all their help. My mother was looking for a medicinal plant and they helped her find it. Definitely a must stay @"
