I drive there from Toronto, and there was no parking available. I called the front desk and guy told me he can’t do anything if there is no parking. When I said I can’t check in if there is no parking because and ask for refund. He said wait till 10 pm when owner comes in he will be dealing with you. I waited in my car for 1 hour finally the owner message me to park in the building beside the Motel.

I asked for a non smoking room, but I got a room that someone had been smoking in before I got there, I can not stand cigarette smoke and most of these motels do not take this seriously I would suggest changing 500$ to people that ignore this rule maybe the people act respectfully to the law

The pillows were yellow and gross. There were people that were loitering around on both floors that looked questionable and we did not feel safe leaving our belongings in the roof rack container of our car. I tried speaking with management about getting a refund as we left right after checking into our room. Since nobody mans the front we spoke with someone who was not helpful. He was not able to put us in touch with management. He said to text the number I called, which I did but a week later and I have not heard back. Do not recommend this place for anyone.

The room was clean, I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody in person to speak to and when we checked out by phone there was nobody on the other end until 8 o’clock, I was trying to find out about how the bill would be settled. The parking lot was overfilled at times and we wouldn’t stay there again.
