“Everything here is amazing from the view/landscape to their customer service, food, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility/customer accommodation, etc. My reservation was for 3 people but I wanted to have some family time with other family members, and they prepared a buffet for a total of 10 people... being able to have great family time and memories without any stress is amazing, and Yasper and his mom make this happen. ”

“No me gusto la estadia, el encargado que nos recibio fue grosero, el calentador de agua estaba defectuoso, los baños tenian problemas en uno solo funcionaba la ducha y el inodoro y en otro solo funcionaba el lava manos. El agua salio caliente al punto de quemar a excepción de una de las duchas. ”

“Large, cozy Junior Suite, spotlessly clean, comfortable mattress, nice pillows and linens, stunning views from the balcony and very quiet, no elevator and 2 sets of stairs to the room could be a problem, water pressure and temperature could have been a bit higher only one negative remark: a kettle with coffee and tea would have been great”

“Stayed here Carnival weekend 2026! Great location and price!! Plenty of rooms and every floor has multiple day areas to relax outside room and use WiFi if your room isn’t close enough. The best spot for WiFi is near the bridge that connects the two buildings. Also loved the pool and playing with the small puppy who guards it. The young guy Noel speaks English and was very helpful when I switched to a quieter room in the back. Free coffee in the morning in lobby. There’s a cafe but I ate at the……
