FYI, Residence Name changed from El Residencial to ROLANDO BEDS It is just a private room with an adjoined private bathroom. Space is small, but adequate because most time is spent outside the room. Very safety conscious. Building comes with many codes to enter and exit. Room Comes with a smart TV which is a plus! Another major plus, the bathroom and room were heated very warmly, which was very comfortable. If you are a hot, you can open the window too.
