“Bath tub was bad. Dark brown towels and wash cloths to hide dirt. Rust stains, bad water temperature control. I had to stand outside in 20F weather and call to "check in". ”

“Staff were friendly at check in. We were not notified that the hot tub was ice cold. The pool area was DISGUSTING, like it had never been cleaned before. There was hair piled all around the drains on the floor around the pool area and there was a horrible musty smell in there. Room was decent but again like it wasn’t even vacuumed there was clumps of hair on the floor in our room. Breakfast was opened a half hour late, resulting in my kids not getting breakfast before having to leave early that……

“Loved the location and the room was beautiful! So appreciated communication prior to arrival which made checking in and settling in very easy. The lake is approximately one block away and is absolutely gorgeous!”

“Ice machine was out of order, ,our room had something liquid on the floor upon arrival, hair dryer didn’t work , bottom dresser drawer was very dirty, fridge and microwave were not working on arrival. Most quality inns are decent but this one is below our previous quality inn stays”
