“We and friends had a 2 night stay . Day 1 no hot water in our room . Front desk did not know how to open room safe so we couldn’t use it . Front desk did not want to help us call a taxi and was very uninterested in her job. Very basic rooms with no bedside lamp for reading, just one ceiling bulb. Did not make our rooms up during our stay even though there were friendly cleaning staff so we had to go downstairs to get our own toilet paper. Very loud water pumps running several times during the……
