Wir hatten ein kleines Heizung-„Problem“ und Kate hat sich sofort gemeldet und sich direkt gekümmert. Wir sind super happy mit allem und würden immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!”

Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. “My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “Wir hatten wundervolle Ferien in diesem liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtetem Haus. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wer die Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. An den abenteuerlichen Weg zum Haus hatten wir uns schnell gewöhnt, auch ein kleiner Fußmarsch (ca 35 Minuten) in die Bar im Ort ist möglich und lohnt sich.
