That level of responsiveness really speaks to how much they care about their guests’ experience. The pool was clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did a wonderful job. They came by the first night to tidy up my room and made sure I had the extra blanket and toilet paper I requested, which I really appreciated. My only concern was the insect situation. There seemed to be a high mosquito presence—likely due to the weather this time of year—and I did end up with several very itchy bites during my stay. I reached out to management after checking out since I wasn’t sure what caused them, and once again, they responded with care and thoughtfulness. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience."

"The room was dirty. The windows were so dirty you couldn't even see the ocean. There were bugs, the towels were dirty, the sheets smelled like smoke, and the whole building smelled like weed. It was disgusting. I would not recommend staying here for anything. "
