“Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. The food at the restaurants was fresh and delicious, even though the service was pretty slow. I highly recommend the quick hike down to……

“This place was terrible, very unclean and bugs in the walls. Reached out to all numbers provided (phone, WhatsApp etc) to report the conditions of the place and did not receive a response. I do not recommend this place at all … terrible terrible unsanitary experience. The female security was the only good experience, she was very kind and respectful. ”

“The jacuzzi was out of order. The complimentary in-room water bottles had been opened prior to our arrival, and despite our request for replacements, none were provided. The beach towels were notably thin. Furthermore, the beach access point presented safety concerns. Finally, the television operation was not adequately explained.”

“While a lot of the ratings I gave were average, know that this place is a solid place to stay, but definitely not anything fancy. Especially if you want a more authentic experience where you explore and step away from the overly touristy things, this is perfect. My two younger children and I stayed alone and it was safe. They even had a laundry room, which I loved because I love doing my laundry to avoid going home with a suitcase filled with nasty laundry from vacation…. And it’s awesome for……

“This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee. We had to contact Expedia and luckily they were able to set us up with accommodations that were not super convenient however we were grateful. I have messaged the owner multiple times with……
