The property is only six months old so it was in excellent condition and is a fantastic renovation of the old bank building. The location is perfect and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The room was very clean with all of the amenities that you would expect in this type of hotel. The only downside/slight negative was being presented with a €65/night service charge on check out. This left a sour taste and whilst discretionary we would never refuse it as the staff were lovely, but why don’t you just include it in the rate up front and pay your staff appropriately. It shouldn’t require a fixed service charge of this nature to remunerate staff with a good wage when you charge these types of hotel rates.

"We found this hotel in Testaccio looking to stay a little outside the touristy area of Rome. We couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was 5 metro stops from the train station if you take the express train from the airport. But consider taking the regional train 8 stops and walking. The location is ..."

"The price and property are great. There is always a bit of traffic around the property due to the extremely long light at the connecting road (not the properties fault). We found the site got a little loud in our area at night but not disruptive. The rooms are even smaller than they look :)"
