"If it’s your first time in Rome, look no further! This place is in the absolute perfect location for everything. SETTEGRAMMI cafè is right beside for a great authentic breakfast or lunch with the best cappuccino’s! You have a nice size store right across called Carrefour Express for any snacks or anything you need. You also have Emma’s pizzeria 1 minute from the guesthouse which serves amazing pizza and wine, as well as other local shops and restaurants! Most attractions are within a perfect walking distance making it more cost effective for your trip. Bruno was our brilliant host and made us feel so welcome as well as the staff who kept our room nice and tidy! Would 100% recommend staying here and hope to return one day!"

"The hotel was very clean, with very helpful and friendly staff. It is located centrally in Trastevere and is within walking distance of the city center - the Pantheon, Campo de’ Fiori, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona and more. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is extremely clean and spotless and the rooms are modern. It appears that the bathroom fixtures are brand new. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. There is an employee on site at the desk once you enter through keypad entry. The service floor offers coffee and taps for fresh water, which I have not seen in any other hotel. The room has a min fridge and coffee, tea and a water vase. It offers a king size bed which is rare in Rome for this price point. However, the bed is super firm and my partner thought it was very uncomfortable. Other than that, there were no issues. The balcony has no view. It is just an extension of the roof area. Andrea, the new owner greeted me and accommodated my request for early check in with no problems He was great and very kind me. There is a very good restaurant right next door that offers breakfast (pastries only) lunch and dinner, and a pharmacy right next door - as well as an open market a block down. Anything you may need is within walking distance. There are more good restaurants within 15 minute walking distance, and grocery stores are also 10-15 minutes walking distance away. If not for the extra firm bed that did hinder my sleeping, I would stay there again. Other than that, the hotel is great and very clean and nice for the price point! I gave it a 5 star rating. "

"The room was spotless and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Incredibly comfortable beds and great black out curtains. The location was ideal and most, if not all the main sightseeing spots were within a 20 minute walking distance. Great hotel!"
