The 500 Club Tours

I stayed here with family. Our suite was on the second floor and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and professional. It did not appear as high end as other resort locations however the rooms were large and clean. The resort was more laid back and family oriented. The golf course was also nice. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Clean quiet spacious

Rooms were very spacious with actual space to enjoy a family meal. Rooms were clean but pull out sofa linens were stale/stiff (had clearly been stored a long time); however, I was quickly provided a new set when asked. Was pleasantly surprised the water areas were heated and open even in January. The kids water area had a broken slide which was wrapped up with caution tape, giving an overall run-down appearance. The activity center staff was phenomenal - super friendly and helpful and clearly really cared about the activities and events for the resort Guests. The activity room has some nice complimentary activities such as ping pong, billiards and shuffleboard, but the arcade games were all pay to play (even basic (no prize) games such as Pac-Man and basketball) and the price point was very high to the point where they were just sitting unused where other resorts these have usually been free as well. Overall a nice location and stay, with minimal changes could be excellent.
