Mixed review. It appears there have been some serious (and expensive) upgrades to an older property, so some well-deserved accolades for that. On the plus side, the room was spacious and the large, king-size bed was super comfortable...nothing cheap about this mattress. Liked the walk-in shower. The bathroom has two sinks but unfortunately one of them was severely clogged (that costs a star on the review; low tolerance for that). By the time it was noticed no time to deal with reporting it; we just lived with the one sink. The sofa is a sleeper (sofa bed) and, therefore, uncomfortable (the drawback to sofabeds). The A/C works, but is so loud you have to crank up the TV to hear it. I'm surprised the neighbors didn't complain. The premium channel we wanted to watch (Apple TV, by entering our own info) wouldn't load. Attempted at different intervals, different days. Had to assume it was an Internet issue, despite it saying the signal was excellent. Internet seemed to work fine on the phones. We pack a lot of stuff and, therefore, the long trek up the stairs (3 trips) isn't something I would ever repeat. A lower level unit would have eliminated that issue but then it's the luck of the draw who's on top of you (that's why I get upper levels). Parking lot is tight. They can't help this, it just is. Housekeeping (except for the clogged sink) was fine. Everything is automated here, including checkout. Still, I like to get a paper receipt upon checkout. No one there
