Our room was at the end of the hallway on the first floor. It was by the laundry room, which they left the laundry room door open the whole time we stayed. It was pretty noisy and machines were squeaky at times. The internet was TERRIBLE in that area of the building and our TV kept buffering during our shows. We gave up on watching anything because it was frustrating. I talked to the front desk about it and she said that they had issues in that room and we could pick 2 items from their store. Since I paid a lot of money for the room, I just wanted to get compensated for what should be a standard in a hotel room, but that did not happen. The bed was comfy and clean but the shower had long hair on the wall for our first use. If you are planning on eating breakfast in the morning, don't wait. We were told breakfast was served from 6:00-9:00. My husband showed up for breakfast at 8:40 and expected to get the basics, but when he asked if they could have more eggs she told him that she was not allowed to make anymore because they didn't want to have any leftovers. If you say you are serving breakfast till 9:00, you should have basic breakfast items still available. Not impressed but the staff was friendly.
