I think the smoking area should be moved from by the front entrance. It would be a much better experience waiting for the trolley etc if you did not have to breath the smoke. I believe this would make your front entrance much more welcoming. Also, I think grab bars in the shower would be very helpful to most of your guests. Our room did not have a grab bar.
