“We chose Stay USA because of the amenities. The pool, hit tub and breakfast. The pool was down and the breakfast had very little choices. No eggs, just sausage gravy and biscuits for only protein. No juices, they were out. Did not taste good. The room smelled of body odor, the AC didn't work so room was hot all night. The bathtub didn't drain. The moisture fan in bathroom didn't work. We almost left without refund. Don't recommend staying anywhere in Hot Springs SD.”

“Heck of a deal for a very nice hotel. Was not busy. Main issue was that the person checking us in could not find our reservation. Not by my name, reservation date, or reservation number. After about 15 mins she found it, not sure by which information. Glad I had the reservation receipt on my phone. Otherwise no issues. All went well”

“We have found our favorite pet friendly place to stay ! We have stayed in various places in SF for travel on trips out west with our pets. This is the best one! Super clean, very nice staff who were able to put us on first floor. Comfy beds, decent sized room. The hot tub and pool were great to loosen up stiff muscles after a long drive. Nice grassy area to walk the dogs. We will definitely make this our preferred place to stay when we are back this way.”

“When we arrived we were a bit overwhelmed that this was a busy brewery restaurant complex. The receptionist Anna warned us that it was going to be a very noisy party night. She allowed us to see the room. It was very cold (concrete & steel) stark industrial style. Also big freight trains running outside our window. Anna immediately offered us a full refund which we accepted. We went to another hotel. Yet to receive this! Anna was really excellent.”
