check in process inefficient. Included breakfast not explained. Stairwell smelled too bad to even use the stairs. Carpet in all hallways not even tacked down, just laying there all puckered. Air conditioner in our room dripped water most of the 1st night. no one answered phone, Answered by AI and therefore unable to get direct answer regarding storing luggage temporarily prior to check in.
