Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A beautiful hotel, centrally located, close to rail, tram and bus links. Polite and helpful staff at check-in. Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Madeleine Bar is a plush, relaxed space with exceptional service.
