There was no pool or gym as advertised online. They were out of order. I didn’t know until I was there to check in.
Also the Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No juice, no consistency In refilling the hot food. Some days there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Some days the breakfast was put away before it was supposed to end and or late getting set up. Blinds were broken I the room and the security latch was broken off of the door. The cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were the highlight of the stay. Two of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The other two not so much. Overall I would rate the whole experience at 2.5 stars. Definitely lots of room for improvement especially in the customer service department.
Oh and one more thing…. They charge a $25 dollar per night incidental fee which you know nothing about until you check in. So if you stay 10 days you have to pay an additional $250 with your credit card that can take up to 2-5 business days to be put back on your card after checking out!
