About this property

Pool, Golf Course View Home, 4 place golf cart

  • Beautiful home recently renovated with privacy on the golf course and a swim spa as well. You will also enjoy the 4 place golf cart and a great location.

    The master bedroom has a king bed and walk in closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle.

    We furnished this home to enjoy in our retirement a few years from now, so it’s all new and beautiful. The lanai is large and overlooks the golf course with a heated swim spa and a covered area to enjoy the wonderful Florida outdoors and the sunset view.

    We are close to Sumter Landing, many restaurants and shopping along 466. The kitchen renovations include a central walnut island, (that I built), with a quartz countertop, gas cooktop with an overhead hood and electric oven. The other cabinets have all the kitchen supplies you will need to enjoy dining in. There are several ways to make coffee. We have a Keurig, drip and pour over coffee makers.

    The dining room is set up to seat 4 comfortably, however the kitchen chairs can be brought in to seat 6 as well. There is a gas grill and a golf cart provided (4 seats) for your enjoyment.

    The swim spa is heated by solar panels and a gas heater that you may set the temperature. The maximum temperature is around 104 deg. There is a swim jet at the far end and spa jets at the 6 seats as well.
    We recently installed an outdoor bar with a grill, wine chiller and refrigerator on the lanai. Use your Bluetooth device to play your favorite music in this wonderful space.

    The Villages requires a Lifestyle ID for access to golf tee times and the sports pools. This can be purchased from the Villages for $50 and includes two people. Please let the host know if you would like to obtain this ID. It takes a few days to process the application, so please plan ahead.

This was the perfect house for us! It is so beautiful and the open concept is perfect. My boys loved the swim spa and going on golf cart rides. My favorite part was getting up early and having my coffee on the lanai. It was so nice and peaceful. We were able to truly relax and enjoy family time. The outdoor kitchen was great for a cookout! We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues when we first arrived but the owner fixed it very quickly. They were very accomadating. The bed was amazing!! The house has everything you would need. The golf cart was a welcomed added bonus.

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring The Villages then relaxing in this beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated, spacious and welcoming.We enjoyed using the golf cart to visit the neighborhood pool, restaurants and nightly concerts. It was much quicker than driving our car.We also enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the lanai, which faces the golf course. Although we are not golfers, we learned you don’t have to be good to play golf. It was very entertaining. Lastly, the people we met in The Villages are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone waves and are quick to engage in conversations.

My wife and I have just arrived home after our 3 week stay at Randy & Nancy's beautiful home. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Nancy and Randy’s home. They are tremendous hosts, extremely responsive. The property is beautiful. It is so well stocked, we had everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. In addition to that, you couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s close to 2 family pools, golf courses as well as a grocery store, CVS and many restaurants. I highly recommend booking this home!

A Little Slice of Paradise

The property was just as listed, but even better in person. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The pool is a nice way to relax and chill. I adored the patio lightning. The amenities were spot on and the proximity was near stores and shopping for anything you may have forgotten to bring. If you are looking for peace and quiet and a big chill, this is the place, in deed.

Our week was filled with so many available activities, dining choices and entertainment possibilities. The home was modern, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I would have changed is the pool. It is more a large spa than a pool. However there are public pools if need be.

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was very enjoyable. The house is clean and comfortable with comfortable beds as well. The kitchen is stocked very well with nice cookware. We spent alot of time on the patio watching golfers and relaxing in the swim spa. We visited a few of the local pools which were clean and have plenty of seating and fans to keep cool. The golf cart was fun to have as we did a lot of exploring. Having the lifestyle pass added a lot of activity to our stay. We would highly recommend this home.

I want to start by saying that where you stay can truly have an effect on your entire trip. That said, upon entering this home you instantly feel at home. The home is lovely, beds and pillows were very comfortable, I cant say enough about how clean it was. This is definitely one of the cleanest homes Ive booked with VRBO and we have stayed at many. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could need. I only needed to reach out to homeowners once but received an immediate response. The swim spa was great, but we also just enjoyed sitting on the lanai and relaxing. Peaceful neighborhood yet everything was close. I would definitely rent this home again.

We loved the updated home, great location, near community pools, golf, shopping, loved the flowering trees/bushes in the back lanai. Great view, the ceiling fan in the master bathroom is awesome, we love the magnetic doorstops! Adding towels in the guest bathroom would be helpful, but we did use the washer and dryer, which are great updated appliances, two minor repairs that need to be done, would be the towel rack closest to the toilet in the master bathroom needs tightened, as well as the faucet in the kitchen is very loose. Only mentioning it so you can get those things fixed. Great home. We enjoyed ourselves very much 😊 Thank you 😊
