"It's a fine place for an overnight stay if you have a long layover, or short term stay. My room was pretty small. Short walk to the ocean. I didn't like the dining options, but if you like beach food, there's plenty."

"As we were travelling with a baby, we wanted a room with a kitchen hence we booked Indeevaram. However, kitchen lacks proper utensils. The entire place was infested with ants. We were shocked to find ants inside the baby food items and could trace those back in one of the walls. One thing that we learnt from our trip to Kerala is to never trust the reviews."

"The Itsy by Treebo is barely a hotel. It has the sense of a building under construction, in a part of the city under construction as well. Amenities are barebone and the staff barely speaks English. I was also particularly annoyed because while I was napping the staff barged into my room to install a new TV. That was completely unacceptable as I said I did not want them in the room, and they did it anyways. I would absolutely not stay here again."

"Had a good stay, with extremely helpful reception staff especially Bneha. Rating it poorly because of poor management. Never stayed in a place where they charge you for misplaced 2nd door keycard and for a slightly stained bath towel. Totally unreasonable charges"
