“The place is a large farmhouse, 1000 years ago it was used by farming monks. 15 minutes from Barcelonette and everything the Ubaye valley and the Mercantour have to offer (We're hikers, but folks come here to bike or drive their Porsches on mountain roads too). Diane and Frederic are wonderful and attentive hosts and the home made breakfast will definitely make you come for more.”

Ilse & Peter immediately made us feel at home and the fact that I could speak in my very foreign Afrikaans language, and they understood me, made it even more special! “The hotel is a little paradise that you should not miss on your way to Gorge Verdon. We are so happy that we had stayed there 1 night in our Provence trip. It's surrounded by a golf course with mountain view at back so you can imagine how beautiful it is when at sunset and sunrise. Wake up early and take a walk around the golf course in the morning is a romance experience. The breakfast is excellent, don't miss the home-made yogurt which is thick and tasety.”

“Salle de douche et wc communs lorsque votre chambre se trouve juste à côté, être réveiller par les passages aux toilettes des autres clients dès 7h du matin n'est franchement pas agréable. La salle de douche est équipé d'un magnifique chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de Wi-Fi pas de tv dans les chambres et la taxe de séjour a repayer alors que j'avais fait un paiement en ligne”
