Upstairs: separate WC, 1 bedroom (1 160x200cm bed, 1 90x200cm bed) with en-suite shower room (shower and WC), 1 bedroom (2 90x200cm beds, 2 180x200cm beds that can be separated), and 1 bedroom (2 90x200cm beds that can be joined, shower and sink) adjoining the large dormitory bedroom.

Reception hall for 100 people (70 seated) with a fully equipped kitchen (tablecloths available for rent), 3 toilets, 3 showers, and heating for the hall (additional charge of €100/night, payable directly to the owner).

Gîte de la Cunaille is ideal for family or friends' get-togethers, for relaxation, or for celebrating and having fun. To entertain both young and old, you'll find plenty of on-site amenities (darts, Molkky, ping-pong, foosball, etc.) and activities nearby: boat and bicycle rentals, a tennis court 700m away, a golf driving range 10 minutes away (introductory lessons by the owner upon request), a beach and water sports at Lac de Villiers (10 minutes away), fishing in the Loir River, and more. In Thoré-La-Rochette, a wine-growing village, you'll find a bakery and a grocery store (supermarket and other shops in Vendôme, about ten minutes away). You can explore vineyards, the troglodyte village of Troo, visit the Château de Rochambeau, discover the town of Vendôme and its historical gems... and don't hesitate to hop aboard the little train of the Loir Valley (an authentic 1950s railcar) to discover the treasures of the Vendômois region.
