Three Lakes Vacations from $709

Felt more like visiting my grandma's than a hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. Great value for the money.

Beautiful, unique home in a gorgeous setting.

The property and room were clean and neat. The breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and there was no sign that it was out of service. That was a disappointing surprise.

Bathroom had no vent fan for steam evacuation during showering leaving the room damp afterwards. Room climate control constant fan feature didn't work and the filter was dirty leaving the room smelling like a chlorinated swimming pool. Had to purchase an air freshening spray to mask the smell. One of the bedside table lamps had a broken on/off switch rendering it not useable.

Requested ground floor which was not communicated to front desk even tho we requested when we made reservation and when we did on line checkin. Kunjan Boss was very apologetic and helped us bring baggage to 2nd floor as we are both handicapped. He felt very bad about it but because the hotel was full could do nothing for us. TV did not work so he came to room and fixed for us. He was very pleasant and did his very best for us. He deserves a raise as we felt he went above and beyond to help us as best he could. Room was very clean and comfortable. And great location to activities. Please give Kunjan a raise…he is a very valuable employee for you at your hotel.
