Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort was so much fun! My kids enjoyed all the amenities they had to offer. I would definitely be returning.

Hard to enjoy the place when you deal with staff being prejudice. Also hot water tank could be bigger. Gotta pick who get the hot shower after the day hike…

The property was fine. I rented a privately owned condo in the Hilton building in May for a stay starting 9/18 . The condo was listed with a pool and gym. However, those areas were being remodeled when we were there. The manager said all tenants were notified beginning of August, and again later in the month. If I had known I would have checked for another rental. The agent never informed me, and that's probably why. She is saying it's the building fault, not hers. Everything else was fine. Poor service from the rental agent on this matter. I had asked for a reply before submitting this review, but not received any. Disappointing.

No breakfast available; noisy heater fan; hot tub only on main building, no connection between buildings. Good stay, only minor inconveniences
