“The owner stiffed me big! My exact lodging’s 4.45USD including all taxes and fees and with current exchange rate 23,200VND/USD, that came to about 103240VND. So the most the owner should charge me is 105,000-110,000VND but she asked for 200,000VND. I ended up taking a cab to what I thought was the correct address (it is listed as a street in Ward 1, but every district has a Ward 1, and this street is common to many districts) based on its location on Goggle maps.
