With its own private entrance, you'll enjoy a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life while still being close to it all. Guest access You will have full, exclusive access to the lower level unit. There is shared laundry located outside of your unit door. Other things to note Please note, there could be other airbnb guests staying upstairs. Please be respectful of your noise level. When in your unit, sound will travel from the guests above. Our home is renovated, however, it is an older character home. Due to increasing violations of airbnbs standard policies and resulting damages. No unregistered guests are permitted, any visitors must be approved by us prior to their visit. All guests must be registered through Airbnb.
