“Bathroom is pretty dated and could definitely use an update, but otherwise the room was pretty comfortable. The doors don’t keep out any noise from the hallway though so we were woken up multiple times in the early morning by other guests chatting outside of their rooms. Besides that, it was pretty quiet considering the hotel was right on a busy thoroughfare. We appreciated the free breakfast included. There were waffles, bagels, bread, cereals, yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and drinks.……

“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned……

“Self check in was easy and the instructions were clear. We didn’t have to contact anyone or ask any questions because we were provided with everything we needed prior to arrival. Beautiful place. I would stay here again.”

“Room was hot. AC unit has yet to be changed. Was also off when we arrived. Booked for 3 but didn’t have a Cot until requested a few times. TV disconnects each time it turns off and has to be messed with to get Cable. No fan in the bathroom. Room Cards lost their programming part way through the weekend. Can ONLY enter and exit through Lobby, regardless of where you are around the Complex. Otherwise, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Made a reservation for two rooms with 4 guests. Revised it a week before for an additional guest and was informed we would get two queen beds. At check-in we were given one room with two queens and a couch. In the room there was 3 sets of towels and no sheets for the couch. The reception realized the error and checked us into our second room”
