WHAT’S NEARBY
Oceanside (3.7 miles) and Cape Lookout (6 miles) promise memorable oceanside experiences, and beautiful Munson Creek Falls (13 miles) is a favorite spot for hiking. More incredible Pacific views await at Cape Meares Lighthouse (9.3 miles). An educational trip for the whole family is in store at Tillamook County Pioneer Museum (6.7 miles), and the Tillamook Creamery awaits in 8.4 miles.

The house was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen very clean and had everything we needed for a couple simple meals. Wifi was a bit finicky- sometimes I could log in and sometimes not. Ocean view from one window in front sitting room. Long walk to any ocean beach for walking.

Great place to stay and perfect for our needs! Clean and well stocked. Some minor fixes and some cleaning of spiderwebs would have been nice but those didn't effect our great stay! We also didn't have access to any cleaning supplies (such as a broom) while there to help clean up more. Great place close to the hidden gem of Oceanside beach!

We enjoyed this home and thought it was one of the best short-term rentals we've stayed at on the Oregon coast. It would easily fit a couple (master with a queen) with two children, or two other guests (2nd room has 2 twins).

Media Center Needs Upgrade
Overall experience was good. The house was as advertised. The Media Center needs some work or an upgrade. There were multiple remotes but not the one pictured in the media instructions. There were plenty of streaming options but they all required a password. If you didn’t have a password or weren’t the account holder you got no access. It would have been better to have a accessible password on site. Garage parking is too tight for a suburban and the street is narrow. Not a great street parking if you have a boat: Other then these two inconveniences it was a positive experience. It would be a great place for a couple with kids to stay.

Dog friendly doesn’t have to mean that the carpets are stained from previous pets???
First drawer I opened in the kitchen was empty of kitchen items because there was mouse pellets and a lot of mouse droppings! Under the sink as well! Then to top it off we were scheduled to check out on Monday and on Sunday we were locked out saying we missed our check out? Crazy! It took over an hour for them to fix the issue and allow us in the house. What happened I am assuming is when I called to get an extra night at the beginning of my trip- they shifted everything and the computer showed a Sunday check out- but regardless that was not acceptable.

Great home away from home
My family really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I stayed with our 3 children and our dog. House was very clean when we arrived. Location was great and was a quick drive into Tillamook. The house had a nice backyard and it was great having a fully fenced yard for our dog. Kids enjoyed the movies and games that were at the house. This was a great home away from home for our family vacation.

Great Property but a Hiccup
This is a really nice property located close to the beautiful beach in Netarts. Lots of activities nearby: hiking, kayaking, and beach walking. The house is spacious and modern and is well appointed. We came with our dog and she approved of the backyard. However, we had an issue with this rental. It had not been cleaned when we arrived. Bedding was still present from the previous renters. We had been told that we were cleared for early checkin at noon, but didn't arrive until the normal 4 pm checkin. After calling the property manager, we were told that a house cleaner was not available that day. They did, however, provide us with new linens and towels. The following day, after contacting the property manager first thing in the morning about the status of cleaning, the house did not actually get cleaned until about 1:30 pm. To their credit, we were not charged our regular cleaning fee. We hope that this was a one-time glitch, because this is, otherwise, a fine rental.

We love this rental home! It was spacious, amenities were great and overall clean. Just some minor issues that we experienced were: * Used and unwashed pillow case and sheet and comforter * Air conditioning wasn't cold * Mattress in master bedroom was not even We say these were minor issues because the advantages outweighed the disadvantages. However, some people may find these issues a concern. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the home was by and far our favorite part of our stay. Netarts Bay is a great community and a very beautiful area. You have the amenities of Tillamook just a short drive away and the amazing beach in Oceanside and beautiful Cape Lookout Park just minutes away as well. The house was very functional and having the equipped kitchen was great. The house was very spacious and accommodated us well. Pro Tips: Coffee/Brunch - Five Rivers Coffee Roasters Nearby Food - Upstairs Bar and Grill Beach - Oceanside (bonfire @ night!!) Secluded Beach - Take Cape Lookout Trail South to the beach. We only saw a few people in about 5 hours total there. Inland Trail: Munson Falls Coastal Trail: Cape Lookout

Perfect spot for family getaway
House was well-situated to explore the coast and inland areas around Tillamook. Perfect size to provide plenty of space for family, with a lovely backyard. House was very clean and equipped with everything necessary for vacationing travelers. Would highly recommend the house to anyone and would stay there again. My only frustration is that I could not reach a live person to speak with at Turnkey for assistance when I encountered a problem with the initial booking process, which was extremely frustrating. Moreover, the text link they offered for assistance was not at all helpful.
