Very nicely updated property overlooking the water. Although small, the room was beautifully appointed and clean. Not a lot of shopping in the area, but very quiet with good beach access.

What a view from my room!! Place was immaculate and they allowed me an early checkin as I had a wedding to attend and needed to get ready. The only glitch I had was I did not get the room code text message so at checkin I had to call the number listed in the lobby. But she helped me and I waited just a few minutes while the housekeeper finished my room. She was very nice

My stay at Three Arch Inn was wonderful! The view of the beach from the rooms is spectacular and it’s so peaceful, especially at night. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to the coast!

The view from our room was amazing. We could see the beach and the rock formations and the beautiful sunsets. The bed was large and super comfortable. The room is in walking distance to coffee shops restaurants and the beach.

Broken windows and broken jets.
The room was decided upon because of the gorgeous oceanview in the room. However, our room had a HUGE crack in the window. It had been there awhile because there was clear tape on the crack and a TON of trapped moisture between the panes of glass. The moisture really obstructed the view which was highly disappointing. I emailed the company as they didn't have anyone there and they still have not responded to my email. They did not warn me of it and still charged me the full rate. Another frustration was the jetted tub. It was on the listing and in the room there was a sign that said they were broken. The sign was a laminated paper that has yellow staining on it which seems like it has been broken awhile. The tub also has painters tape in it, which was just odd. They did offer towels to use at the beach and I took one. When I opened it I saw that the white towel had a questionable stain on it. It was pretty gross. On a positive note, the bed and couch were pretty comfortable.

It might have been a good stay, except for the fact that the Oceanview was none existant, due to a huge crack in the rooms ONLY window. This allowed for moisture to enter between the glass pane and create a complete fogged up veiw. Not very classey.
