“I had a great time here. The property is cozy and peaceful. I hiked the nearby trails during the day, and enjoyed the comfort of the cabin at night. If you’re looking for the “cookie cutter” experience that you get at a chain hotel, steer clear. But if you’re looking for a quiet, restful place to relax and just enjoy being alive, you could do much worse. ”

“Only issue was the central heat went out, had to use space heaters and the gas fire place which wasnt too bad, we are in the forest after all :D ill want to stay here again, gorgeous scenery, VERY large place.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is an older home but plenty of amenities. Beds are comfortable, loved having a washer and dryer. It was nice after a day of hiking to collapse in the recliners in the living room. Nice to have a dishwasher as we did cook meals. Loved morning coffee on the front porch rockers. We didn’t use it much but there is a nice enclosed back patio.”

“The house was wonderful! FULLY stocked kitchen! We loved that you could easily walk to the downtown area. We even had a herd of elk go right behind the cabin one night! ”

“Amazing property! Lots of elk hanging around the cabin early in the morning and early evening. Great outdoor space for family dining and using the fire pit. We had so much fun and it was a great layout with everything we needed!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home so much. It was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen in case we’d decided to buy groceries, excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, covered off-street parking, and had a private “in the woods” feel even in its neighborhood setting. The hosts were also kind enough to leave a yummy loaf of pistachio bread from a local bakery and a gift card for a local diner.
