"The room was pretty good . The location is not that close to the city center and the neighbourhood close to the train station is not the most beautiful, but the residence was quite nice. The only issue and I think was not exactly their fault is that one of the beds smelled really bad ( humid smell, I guess it was because previous guests left humid towels in the bed and remain there long time) ."
"We were 4 people but we found only two sets os towels and one bed with sheets and pillows, blankets. We inform about the situation and an AI message assured that we will have those asasp however nobody cared even when we informed a real person.
