“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“The Villa is massive with very large rooms and just about larger en-suite bathrooms! It sits in wonderful grounds and is virtually silent both day and night which suited our requirements perfectly. There were only two of us so six bedrooms is somewhat of an overkill but the villa’s position on the island meant that we could do everything we wanted to do without spending hours driving. The pool is not heated so if that’s a priority for you then that’s the downside. Suggestions to make the villa……

“Pros: It's a beautiful apartment, we are super happy, we feel at home, especially the owner, he is really kind, he has a heart, the pool is clean and the parking is free, it's great, we are safe here, no problem, we stayed a week, and above all we will come back without hesitation, we give you more than 5 stars! “We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! Next shopping in Antigua, the restaurants in Betancuria close at 6pm! I loved the house and the entire……
