“The Villa is massive with very large rooms and just about larger en-suite bathrooms! It sits in wonderful grounds and is virtually silent both day and night which suited our requirements perfectly. There were only two of us so six bedrooms is somewhat of an overkill but the villa’s position on the island meant that we could do everything we wanted to do without spending hours driving. The pool is not heated so if that’s a priority for you then that’s the downside. Suggestions to make the villa……

“What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. “Die Unterkunft liegt in dem netten kleinen Ort Pajara, allein die Fahrt dorthin ist großartig mit tollen Ausblicken über die Berge. Ein nettes Zimmer in einem alten Kanarischen Gebäudeensemble, das auch ein Restaurant hat. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, leckere Gerichte am Abend! Einziger Kritikpunkt: ein Schnellkocher im Zimmer wäre gut, dann ist man ein bisschen unabhängiger.”

“Lovely staff, all very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Hotel spotless and well maintained. Beautiful views from our balcony, looking over the sea and Fueterventura in the distance. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and constantly restocked. Eggs and omelete made to order. Only 15 minutes walk along the seafront to Flamingo beach for a wider choice of restaurants or nearby Argentinian restaurant fantastic for a steak meal. Would love to go back after the upcoming……

“Le personnel est au top, disponible, prévenant, aimable. Les repas sont bien. L'hôtel à 50 ans mais demeure très agréable, il est très bien entretenu, sa déco pleine de charme. Quand au cadre, c'est mavnifique. Nous espérons qu'il survive à l'écologie. ”

“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. On a positive note, Domingo, on reception, was extremely pleasant and……

“Great hotel, although unfortunately loads of renovation work at one side of the hotel when we was there we weren’t informed about.”

“Pros: Neue und saubere Unterkunft. Alles was man benötigt war verfügbar. Zu empfehlen. Cons: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Schalldämmung zum OG ist nicht so gut. Je nach verhalten der Gäste in der Wohnung über der Unterkunft kann es etwas laut sein.”
