Titusville Residences

Tulip made it very easy for me to check in 3 rooms for the family.

Clean and comfortable. Great morning breakfast with our stay. Felt safe and easy access off I95.

Very nice hotel for a trip to KSC.

Quant, well maintained B and B in a small town next to future crazy good rails to trails path.

Space launch window viewing area, clean and excellant staff.

Enjoyed our stay before going on a cruise :) Lots of places near by also went to Kennedy Center for a visit . Bathroom could of been cleaner. Beds comfortable. Breakfast could of been better .

Perfect spot to get to cruise terminal

Well, I spent one night for our cruise the following day. We will definitely be booking again.

We will stay here again. The location is good with a nice view of the river from the 2nd story deck off our room. The price was reasonable. The included breakfast and Happy Hour was a bonus as well as the friendly and informative innkeepers Ginny and Dennis. It was a nice change of pace from the regular chain hotels in the area. John and Hope

Staff was extremely helpful and I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet them and stay at there hotel.. would most definitely recommend this particular extended stay america

As usual i had a great stay. My 3rd stay this year and ill be back one more time this year.

Friendly staff, clean room, close to KSC and restaurants, quiet location. The room came with a microwave and small refridge, which was nice for quick meals. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very attentive to housekeeping on a daily basis. Will definitely stay here again should we be in the area in the future.

We are happy . The staff very friendly and helpful. Everything clean.

It’s a typical quality inn. The staff were nice at check in, breakfast is the usual waffle, cereal, yogurt, toast type. Room was just as expected. Fair for the price.

Nice cozy hotel centrally located near downtown Titusville. No roaches or bed bugs. Clean sheets/towels, cold A/C, plentiful hot water, TV w/remote, and a super accommodating staff. Rates were great! Got everything I paid for.

Friendly staff. Charming property. Delicious breakfast. Great location - walking distance to Cocoa Village.

Another amazing trip. I stayed with this company several years ago when I came down for a cruise. The rates were good. The house was very clean. We had a smoke detector where the battery was out and it beeped all night. We contacted staff and although maintenance doesn't work on weekends they fixed the problem quickly Will definitely return again.
