"We were blown away by the staff, who were laid back and helpful, giving excellent suggestions for local activities that you wouldn’t know based on the internet. Dinner and breakfast were both incredible. The room was clean and the views were stunning. One of the more expensive stays we had on our trip but worth every penny… my wife and I will remember this as the highlight of our Scotland trip."

"The house has everything you could wish for, it is so well equipped and comfortable. However, maybe the TV set could be updated? The location was perfect, but that hill up from Tobermory is quite steep!"

"The indifference of the operator.......we were given an address but house numbers in Tobermoy are erratic thus to give 61 Main Street was hardly why not add 'opposurte the Cafe Fish'? And when we telephoned no one answered. In the flat the first cupboard's handle came off in our hand, the clock did not work for want of a battery and the bathroom light flickered non-stop. Ten minutes work for a caring operator who might also might think to add a (free) map of the island and recommend a restaurant or two and perhaps mention the lovely local bakery. Nothing too earth shaking there but it would suggest some sort of commitment to the client."
