“Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.”

The 2 members of staff we met (sorry forgot there names) are so friendly and will.give you advise or help you with anything you need. “We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at your Hotel. The only suggestion would have been to allow adults into the jacuzzi a little later. We were told by front desk that pool/ jacuzzi use was allowed till 9:30pm. We arrived at 9pm and was told it was closed and we would have to come back tomorrow. We had traveled all day and was hoping to soak for even 15 min but was told to come back tomorrow; for the cost to stay it would have been nice to enjoy the hot tub before bed.”
“All the staff, in particular David, were incredibly helpful, professional & thoughtful. A minor personal crisis occurred and David could not have been more thoughtful & understanding. The hotel is perfectly located. The suite had everything we needed and the massive bed was super comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough.”
“This is a 1950's college dorm room being rented out during the summer months. A creative idea, but the execution isn't great. The beds were hard, the pillows are thin, and they are short on staff. The breakfast didn't look like much so we opted to eat out instead. Beautiful views”
“A fantastic place to stay. My elderly parents required an ensuite and this fitted the bill perfectly. Fresh flowers greeted us on the fining table. Great selection of leaflets showing you things to do in the west coast of Ireland. Would highly reccomend a visit to Parkes Castle followed by a boat ride on Lough Gill stopping at Dooley Park https://roseofinnisfree.com/ .
