Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens!
They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates.

“A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!”
