Overall, everything was lovely, and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice, and the breakfast options were delicious, with a good variety to choose from. However, I did have an issue with my breakfast package that unfortunately remained unresolved. When I raised the concern with the staff, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it because the booking had been made through Expedia. I found this disappointing, as I would have appreciated more assistance in resolving the matter, regardless of where the reservation was made. While I enjoyed most aspects of my stay, this experience was not ideal and did affect my overall impression. I hope the hotel can improve how such issues are handled in the future to ensure all guests feel supported, regardless of how they book their stay.
