"The host was very accommodating, and this three-bedroom manufactured home was great for our quick getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house is nicely updated. It would be great for a family that needs some outdoor space as the yard is ample. I'm a bit hesitant to give only four stars for cleanliness as I forgot to take out the garbage before my departure. " I recently stayed at this home to attend a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, and it was the perfect location! Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, it was an easy Uber ride to and from the concert. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed, including a fantastic pool that made our stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

"Condo was very updated, clean and had outstanding views of lake Conroe. You could literally fish off the deck. Was able to take advantage of the marina for boat rentals which was also wonderful. Location was not to far from restaurants in Conroe yet quiet and stashed away for piece and relaxation. Jim was very helpful- I will definitely return again"
