Went to ask front desk if we could get a different room and said there completely booked until the next day but never received another room. No breakfast as mentioned in the booking details. No respect for others. Also people in rooms next door smoking marijuana and the smell coming into our room. The front door had a crack on the bottom so the room stayed hot. A/C didn’t cool just felt like a fan was on. ”
