We arrived on a Sunday and were given an inferior room, small and across from maids quarters and next to reception. The reception played loud music, which we complained about. We requested to be moved for those reasons and after smelling gas outside the patio of our room. The hotel was not full by any stretch, we couldn’t understand why we were given a closet size room when better rooms were available. Reception had to call gas co to investigate the leak. We were moved to a larger room and not offered help moving our things. This room had NO nite stands and lamps next to the bed. The tv could be watched by only 1 chair in the room as it was at a weird angle and sat on the dresser. The floor in the bathroom terribly slippery, esp when wet. The bed in both rooms sits on a platform with sharp corners where it was easy to hit your shins, terrible choice of bed frame. While the outside view was great, we were disappointed in the overall experience. Someone needs to take a serious look at the room set up.

This property is in flux between management companies. Twice maintance had to come. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms getting renovated, and trucks! Dark, dingy, in need of updating. Could go on, but to much to list. Not enough other places to upgrade.

Dirty property. Dirty linens, sheets, towels. Dust and crumbs everywhere. Wrong hand soaps provided. Off-brand toiletries. It took 12 hr for the host to respond the first night. I could have stayed elsewhere for much cheaper and cleaner.
