“我在房間的衛生間裡聞到煙味，我打電話給酒店前台說明情況，前台的女士告訴我她沒辦法幫我解決，因為沒房間了。我告訴她，我聞了那個煙味覺得很舒服，可以有什麼解決方案嗎？她直接把我電話掛掉了。我對這家酒店的衛生和服務態度非常不滿意。”

“是的，卫生做的很好，服务比较好”

“I called the hotel several times about a bag I left in the hotel. Unfortunately the calls were not picked up.”

“Employee was on his earpiece talking on the phone the whole time I was checking in. The walkways outside the rooms are completely filthy. The room was an oven when I entered and took close to 3 hours for the AC to cool it down. Carpet had multiple stains and major dust. Bath tub had cigarette burns even though the room is supposed to be non smoking.”

“The microwave oven was out of service in my room, but the room is comfortable for me. There is lemon water in the lobby and it is a good idea”
