Lorenzo, Stefano and the lovely young woman at the front desk make up one of the hardest working, most pleasant and professional staffs in all of Italy. The hotel is so clean it sparkles and both the housekeeping staff and catering staff went above and beyond every day of our stay. We loved our time here at Locanda and we look forward to returning. "Hotel was easy to get to, especially if you are new to driving in Italy (like myself!) No ZTL if you enter through Porta Romana. Valet parking made it super easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even held my rental car post check out so I could attend a local meeting. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the staff for making my family’s stay easy for us!"
