Had issues with the lift from the front entrance to the lobby / check-in desk. There are stairs right next to the lift and guests with no baggage were prioritised to use the lift as opposed to guests with baggage so it took a long time to proceed to the lobby in order to check-in. I recommend that if you do stay here, DO NOT bring any luggage. Overall, great location and has a great luggage storage service.

The property is very close to Yaesu Tokyo Station , the staff are very helpful and accomodating. The laundry machine needs to be upgraded , I spent ¥¥¥¥ but the clothes did not get dry.

Pros: Courteous and helpful reception staff. Has luggage forwarding service. Delicious breakfast with good daily rotating variety. Clean facility. Good, quiet and clean neighbourhood. Cons: Small rooms but that's standard in Japan. Could have more laundry machines as there were only four. Wish your vending machines accepted IC card, but it was easy to break bills at front desk.

This is a wonderful hotel only a a short walk away from both the central Tokyo train station, and the Kyobashi subway station. The included breakfast is always good, and staff are extremely respectful and friendly. There is a staff member who is fluent in English present for most of the day. 6th and 8th floors have laundry machines and a microwave. My only warning about the area is that while the nearby Tokyo station is convenient, it is also labyrinthine so be careful not to get lost!

The location is excellent with Tokyo station 5 minutes walk and stations for the Asakusa and Ginza subway lines not much further. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The choice of food for breakfast was limited and that needs improving.

The room was small but typical for Tokyo. We enjoyed the free breakfast, nothing fancy but decent selection. Location was very close to the Tokyo station (easily walkable with luggage).
