新人さんの外国人の方が受付などされておりました 特に不満点はないですが、やや施設の説明が口頭のみなので分かりずらいのかなと思いました。 設備に関しては、やや清潔感などがかけていたのかなと思われます ホステルに対し嫌悪感が無ければ使用してみてください
