"This was an excellent property. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. The breakfast provided was very nice with fresh fruits, cereals, and a very nice hot bar. Very nicely situated close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was excellent, attentive and courteous. "Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. The front door handle fell off Saturday, still was not fixed by the time we left tuesday. There is no actual private water access, the shoreline needs to be trimmed down and some sort of dock added, or not, but the shoreline is overgrown and nearly inaccessible. I think this could be a great spot. They just have a little more to do."
