It’s a great hotel to stay at. It’s only about a 4-minute walk from Sapporo Station. The staff always greet guests warmly at the front entrance. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable.
The only thing that could be improved is the temperature in the hallway, which was a little too cold outside the rooms.
Overall, this is definitely one of my top choices for a hotel in Sapporo. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was the first of two stays we had at the hotel. Loved everything about the hotel - spacious room, comfy bed, quiet and safe and in a great location. The public bath on the top floor of the hotel is such a treat and has a good view of Sapporo. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made for an extra special stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was amazing and kind. Food was pretty good and service was top notch. Decent amount of activities to be non ski season. I did wish for more nature. There were no trails to walk that were next to the hotel.
